The book is a semi autobiographical, essay and poetry filled book that shares my past relationship experiences from the playa experiences to heart break and finally my evolution as a “woman liberator.”

What inspired you to write your book? if applicable

As early as the mid nineties, I had the idea of ScreamBed in place. Over the years, I’d been a self-described relationship counselor for countless friends and family, after making the connection with the many unhappy women and unfaithful, blatantly disrespectful men, I had an epiphany about my own past playa ways.

Also, after reading about Oprah Winfrey’s early life story, which saddened and pissed me off at the same time. Coincidentally, I’d already written several essays and poetry tying the playa, relationships and woman liberation themes together, this material was the beginning of ScreamBed.

Why should readers read your book? If applicable

This book is not a self help book, but women and men who are having some relationship issues would find a "little bit of themselves" in the book and find an answer or different approach to matters of the heart and relationships.
